Before you ask 🐾
What photos do you need?
Three photos are required — front, side and back — plus up to 3 optional close-ups (6 photos max). Natural light, pet's eye level, face visible — and every set is reviewed by a human within 24 hours before anything is made.
Do I get to approve the design before it's made?
Yes — always. Within 3–5 days of ordering you'll get a free 3D preview by email. Request as many tweaks as you like — nothing is printed until you approve it. We'll remind you if we haven't heard back, and production stays paused until you approve.
How long until it arrives?
About 4 weeks in total: up to 2 weeks of crafting (each piece is made to order — or just 1 week with Rush) plus about 15 days of tracked shipping, with tracking the whole way. Details in Shipping & Delivery.
Will it really look like my pet?
It's a chibi-style artistic interpretation — big head, tiny body, maximum cute. We capture the markings, colors and expression that make your pet recognizable at a glance. It's art made from your photo, not a 3D photocopy.
What if it arrives damaged or wrong?
That's on us. Our Remake Promise covers damaged, defective or incorrect orders: send us photos within 14 days of delivery and we'll remake it free — one remake per order. Read the full Remake Promise →
Can I cancel or change my order?
Yes — cancel for a full refund any time before you approve your 3D preview. Nothing is printed until you say yes, so nothing is lost. Once you approve, your piece goes into production and can no longer be cancelled — from there, the Remake Promise covers anything that arrives damaged, defective or wrong.
